E-Sampler Kits
The E-Sampler kit (NFES #005840) comes in three boxes. The main box contains the E-Sampler, the second box contains the GOES satellite equipment and anemometer, and the third box contains the tripod.Box 1 is approximately 31" x 21" x 12" and weighs 55 lbs
Box 2 is approximately 31" x 21" x 12" and weighs 40 lbs
Box 3 is approximately 48" x 11" x 11" and weighs 30 lbs
How to set-up
Detailed set-up and tear-down instructions are included in the kit and can also be viewed HERE. Setup takes about 15 minutes for an experienced person. Detailed list with prices
The full replacement cost of the unit is approximately $14,600 (as of 06/2014). Kits are expected to be returned complete and in good working condition. Requesting units will be held responsible for any damage or loss to the kits.
